Twin-screw piston pumps FRISTAM FDS1, FDS2, etc.
FDS double screw pumps combine all the advantages of twin screw technology with traditionally high quality standards. This direct displacement piston pump is ideal for the most viscous products, and can also reach higher speeds up to 3,600 min -1. Consequently, it can transport significant amounts of any low-viscosity medium, such as water or detergent solution. This makes it unnecessary to use an additional pump for cleaning processes. FRISTAM FDS can work with extreme viscosity and easily copes with high pressure drops without overheating.

The FDS-TSG twin screw pump offers a wide range of speeds and therefore a wide range of flow rates. Now, for the first time, this feature is fully available with the TSG option. This special series can pump both small quantities of the most viscous products, such as candy paste, and large flows of CIP liquids.
